Dreamcatcher Lodge

I can't give a total honest review, due too the fact I stayed here during the BS government COVID lockdown. But saying that I do recommend this place. The room I stayed in was separate from the lodge, and it was a nice little spot. It had a small kitchenette, two double beds, a small living room and eating area, and a bathroom. I stayed here for work related issues, so all the bookings was done by them. I did not have to redirect with anyone, they had my key in the door when I got there. Due to the shut down by the government, there was no housekeeping services available honest requested. There were a couple of maintenance issues that need to be done, but nothing that really affects your stay. I had no issues about staying here, and I would stay here again. Hopefully next time all this covid BS will be over.

The rooms are a little outdated but very homey. They took us in, in the middle of the night, as my father passed and our flight in was delayed. Had a good sleep, beds are comfy and clean. Centrally located in Stephenville. Would recommend.

This is a nice basic hotel to stay in. The rooms range from rather small to spacious multi rooms, bedroom, kitchen, living/dining room and nice bathroom. This place is a throwback to the 60's. It was clean and the staff were both very nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

I just love this place. The rooms are spartan, so,nothing gets dusty, brilliant. But let’s get to the really good stuff. You can spend hours sitting out front watching people buy gas. It,gets pretty exciting betting if they will pump diesel or gas. If you are lucky enough to be the big winner, you get your picture taken in front of a painted tiger on the wall, like old Frenchy what’s his name there. This place just can’t be beat.

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, good prices, the only thing bad was wifi wasn't good and needs more outlet in the room. I couldn't charge up my cell phone for the next day. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. Oh love all the display things you have on the main floor!

I gave the Dreamcatchet lodge a high rating because it has all the comforts of home. Warm and comfortable. We stayed at a very expensive hotel last time we were in Stephenville and definitely was not a comparison to the Dreamcatcher. Although the hotel is old it has beautiful character. Love the antiques. The kitchenette rooms are wonderful. Couch with attached lazy boy recliners. That was a first. Nice and comfortable. We will stay here everytime we come to town. Oh ya, great rates also. I liked everything about this cute place. The staff was awesome. Very friendly.

Nice and clean units, staff are very friendly, and good prices. It's a home away from home, all you need to bring is your clothes and food. Everything is here that you would need.

Hotel is conveniently located next to restaurants and shopping. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but it was closed for maintenance. I was in a kitchenette suite. Had a small but functional kitchen with stove, mini fridge, cutlery, cookware, etc. The unit also had a HDTV and a sofa. The bedroom was separate from the livong/dining area (which was nice)
